Yaffles is situated in 5.5 acres of woodlands, just a couple of miles from junction 13 on the M4 and four miles from the centre of Newbury, in 'Beautiful Berkshire'.  It affords complete tranquility and privacy.

The location is ideally suited as a touring base for Oxford in the North, Winchester and the coast to the South, Bath and Bristol to the West and Windsor and London to the East.  London Heathrow airport can be reached by car in forty five minutes.

There is ample car parking space on the property, and the grounds and garden are a feature you are welcome to enjoy.  We are situated in the countryside, so don't be surprised to see deer, squirrels, rabbits and even the occasional badger roaming in the grounds.
