This unit, which has been awarded the English Tourist Board's highest rating, is situated in the grounds some distance from the main house.  As the building nestles in the side of a hill it is approached at a higher level, with easy access and complete privacy.

Everything has been built to a very high standard with no expense spared.  Great care has been taken with the design, layout and colour scheme.  it comprises 6 rooms.

A Kitchen/Dining room with a modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, fan assisted oven, 4 ring hob, microwave oven and a separate freezer.  It also has a small table with 4 chairs.  At the other end of the room, there is a mahogany dining table with 6 matching chairs.

The Lounge has easy chairs, a coffee table and a sofa-bed which can also provide extra sleeping for 2 more people.  A colour television, VHS video tape recorder and mini CD stereo system make for comfortable living.  It has a large picture window with panoramic views of the garden.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed, dressing table, bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe.  A bedside radio alarm and wall reading lights are also provided.

The En-Suite Bathroom is superbly equipped with bath, separate shower, WC and wash basin.  It has a heated towel rail and plenty of cupboard space.  

Bedroom 2 which also has its own en-suite bathroom, with bath, WC and wash basin, has twin beds, dressing table, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and wall lights.

With double glazing throughout and nightstore/convection heaters, the Garden Flat is warm at all times.  There is also plenty of hot water throughout the day and night.

Others:  Payphone, Hair dryer, Vacuum cleaner, Iron and Ironing board.  A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for guests.
