| The "Studio", the smaller of our two units, is also located some distance from the house. It provides very comfortable accommodation, in the form of three rooms; a lounge with a kitchen and dining annexe, a bedroom and a bathroom. All rooms have double glazed windows.
The Lounge has a king size sofa-bed (which can also provide additional sleeping accommodation) a colour television with video and a mini CD stereo system. The Kitchen/Dining Annexe has a kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and extractor unit, 4 ring hob, microwave oven, and under counter lighting. There is also a dining table with four chairs.
The Bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and built-in wardrobes. A bedside radio alarm and wall reading lights are also provided. The Bathroom is spacious and has a bath/shower and a wash basin and WC. Heating is by means of night storage/convector heaters. In the bathroom there is a panel heater which also acts as a heated towel rail. With good insulation the unit is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. An abundant supply of hot water is always available Others: Payphone, Hair dryer, Vacuum cleaner, Iron and Ironing board. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for guests.
