From this roundabout/junction take the A34 North towards Oxford.  Stay on this road for approximately 200 metres, leaving on the slip road left, signed to Chieveley/Hermitage.  At the top of the slip road turn right towards Hermitage.  Follow this road going past Newbury Showground, Military Area and then a Garden centre.  At the T-Junction turn right on the B4009 towards Newbury.  Follow this road for approximately half a mile, taking the first turning left (signed Cold Ash/Thatcham).  Go up the hill, on the left there will be some industrial buildings, then a field, then a bungalow and two houses.  Yaffles is up the gravel drive after the second house.  If you get to a sharp right hand bend whilst going up the hill, you've gone too far.
